End Caps
BOX EXTENSIONS
Provides 10 in. of extra capacity. Available for 48 to 192 in. wide boxes up to 48 ft. long. Painted aluminum with stainless steel hardware.
CUSTOM END CAPS
Made to order with a flat, 7 in. or 12 in. rise and a 10 or 14 in. depth. Available in galvanized steel, corrosion resistant aluminum and 304 stainless steel.
OEM SPECIFIC END CAPS
Designed model specific for easy ordering and installation. Optional window available on common sizes.
FRONT RUBBER AIR DAM
Recommended for flat end caps to keep elements out and prevent air from getting under tarp. Manufactured 101 in. wide and 5 in. high.
FABRIC END CAPS
Most universal and commonly used on boxes with top hinge doors. Up to 38 in. deep with a 0, 4 to 12 in. drop on 60 to 168 in. wide boxes.

Standard for Belly Dump applications.

SIDE BRACKETS
Secure end cap to the inside of box rail for ultimate stability. Available in black powder coated steel and stainless steel.
TOP Z BRACKETS
Secure end cap to the top of box rail when side brackets aren’t compatible. Available in stainless steel.
QUICK RELEASE BRACKETS
Secure end cap to the inside of box rail while pin channel provides easy removal. Available in black powder coated steel.
TOP BOLT THROUGH ATTACHMENT
Secures end cap without the need for any type of bracket. Available in zinc plated and stainless steel.
Fillers
METAL FILLER
Up to 24 in. deep extension seals radius and diagonal corners. Available in galvanized steel, aluminum and 304 stainless steel for any rise.
FABRIC FILLER
Up to 36 in. deep and 20 in. drop flexible extension for top hinge doors. Available in 18 or 22 oz. vinyl.
RUBBER TARP STRAPS
Secure tarp fabric to box walls. Optional stainless steel bolt-on d-rings available.
Tarp Construction
18 OZ. VINYL TARP
Commercial grade, UV resistant vinyl remains flexible to -40° F. Available in nine colors. Standard on all tarps.
22 OZ. VINYL TARP
Our strongest vinyl, available in five colors.
9 OZ. MESH TARP
Durable, lightweight option with 18 oz. reinforced vinyl ends included on most applications. Available in black.
DUAL ALTERNATING COLORS TARP
Choose two colors to alternate every 5 ft. Available in 18 and 22 oz. vinyl.
REAR FABRIC TAIL
Welded onto a vinyl or mesh tarp for 94 to 102 in. wide boxes. Rear end cap not required.
BOW REINFORCEMENTS
Provide added strength over the bows. Available for up to 12 bows with 12 in. of black 18 oz. welded vinyl.
DRAIN HOLES
Allow water to drain from tarp. Up to 13 brass grommets with 1/2 in. inside diameter.

3 IN. ALUMINUM ROLL TUBE
Durable, yet lightweight offering a faster, straighter roll. Standard on SRT-2 and EZ-LOC HD.
2 IN. ALUMINUM ROLL TUBE
Strong, yet lightweight to minimize tarp wear. Standard on EZ-LOC.
2 IN. GALVANIZED STEEL ROLL TUBE
Economical and standard on Side Locking.
ROPE CHANNEL
Provides uniform tension for a better fitting, longer lasting tarp. Standard on aluminum roll tubes.
ROLL TUBE POCKET

ALUMINUM HD BOWS

Ridge Support
RIDGE STRAP
Supports the tarp between bows. Available in a carbon steel or stainless steel ratchet with 1 in. webbing.
