" When I did not receive my order, I spoke to customer service. It showed that it was delivered which I verified on my neighbor's Ring doorbell camera. ACI offered to replace the suspected stolen items but I later found out a different neighbor brought the delivery inside his garage for safe keeping and forgot about it. I was a mechanic at a dealership for 10 years and have installed 1000's of their products. I have always been a fan of their products and their quality is great. This was the first time I have ever dealt with their customer service which was even better than their products. "

" I wanted something that would allow a tonneau cover and is American made. The M series worked as expected. It was easy to install but I am mechanically inclined. It took some effort to adapt my Thule bike rack to the rack. I suggest that you begin offering advice on how this could be done. "
