My only suggestion to LOMAX would be to black powder coat or black anodize the aluminum rail clamps which hold the unit to the rim of the truck bed. This would be for appearance and appearance is the reason many of us selected LOMAX. "

By Jeremy H. - PA" I have had the LOMAX Hard Tri-Fold Cover for around a month now and I cannot recommend it enough. I did hours of research and chose this cover, and am very happy I did. Install was quick and easy and it is very secure. I have a drop in bed liner and the cover makes the bed nigh on waterproof. I have driven in heavy rain a few times without water in the bed; the only time water got in was when I washed my truck with it on, and it was a very, very small amount. The cover also fit without cutting or adjusting the liner. I love how easy it is to remove and replace, as I don't leave it on 24/7. I am looking forward to seeing how well it holds up with time, but with how well it's made and a three year warranty I am not overly concerned about longevity issues. Quality product, worth every penny! "

Only complaint is the rubber seal that's suppose to seal on top of tailgate does not seal there is a gap between top of tailgate & rubber seal which allows water to enter truck bed. So if you have a ram 1500 classic you will have a problem. "

Install was easy, took two people about 15 minutes. the edge gasket keep the bed dry, (drove in heavy rain, minor "leak" due to an install error, I left a piece of rope run underneath the gasket which wicked water into the bed. moved the rope, problem solved) overall good product for the price. "
