The lomax cover is light yet sturdy and seems to keep my bed completely water tight besides the occasional car wash/power wash that gets through the cracks in the tailgate. I purchased the diamond plate finish hoping the interior of the bed wouldn't get as hot in the summer time. I was having trouble visualizing how the rails attached to the bed. I contacted ACI and they were very prompt in returning my call and very helpful. So far the cover is working fine. I'll know more in a year or 2. "
