We purchased one of your rollup box covers and are very happy with your product. Your service is very fast, which ended up being not a good thing for us. We noticed that the wrong size had been marked, and called to change the next day. It had already been mailed so it ended up costing us close to $100 restocking fee. The package was never opened and returned the day we received it. I can understand a fee, but this seemed a little excessive. Beyond this, your service is very good.

This is my second cover. I had one for my 2005 Tacoma and it was holding up well. That one was installed for me, this time I installed one on my new Tundra. I ordered direct from Agri-Cover and the wrong rails were sent (too short). They immediately sent new rails and didnt even require me to return the short ones. Installation took less than an hour. I love the ability to roll up the cover to get it out of the way when needed. highly recommended.

This is my second Access roll up cover...the other one went with my old truck with over 7 years on it and good as the day it was bought. I would encourage anyone that likes to keep the items in their box clean, dry and snow free (Minnesota) they should have an Access. We also use Access SRT tarps on the farm trucks. If you ask me a company that can make tarps that go millions of miles over the highway on a semi can easily do thousands on a pick-up!!!

In 2005 I bought two Ford F250 long bed pickups for work. I stopped at a local accessories dealer to buy a tonneau cover. I thought the Access roll up cover was a bit pricey but chose to buy two of them. In a nutshell they are the best quality accessory I have ever purchased bar none. These covers have been put through the everyday rigors of a busy construction company and after more than 5 years still perform as new. I just ordered two new Ford F350s and will have an Access roll up tonneau cover waiting for the new trucks to arrive. Its nice to see an American company making such a high quality product. I would like to say thanks but that is not enough. I have always thought you guys had the best product (love the cover) and I have bought three in the past. I usually buy a new truck every two years and unfortunately it always was something different and the cover would not fit on the new one and seeing how I didnt have it long the cover has always held up in that time frame. I have my current truck, 2006 Toyota Tundra and really love the truck. It is now four years old and I plan on keeping it for many years to come. But to have service like this is unheard of in todays day and age. I can honestly say that I was floored when the replacement top showed up at my door. I bought my access tonneau cover in 2003 and I have not had one problem with it. The only thing I see now is a little wear on the sides of the cover (in spots) from rolling and unrolling the cover. But for having been in use for almost seven years it is still in great shape. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a roll up cover

Just wanted to write a review about the quality and how well suited your tonneau cover it is for people needing quick access to the box. I have just ordered my third cover as I lease my trucks for 3 years. One Long box Ford, one short box Chevy and now a tiny box Toyota. At first I was skeptical that a Roll-up cover would stand up to our harsh Northern BC winter climate but I wanted something that I could easily get out of the way when throwing the sled or garbage cans in the back. The Access cover is fast, easy and always tight. After 3 years in our harsh weather they still look great. I have been very happy with the Access tonneau cover.

Installation of the Access cover was simple and did not take very much time at all. The fit was almost spot on with only a couple bolt holes requiring minor adjustment for true alignment. Operation is easy, and the bed is watertight except where it meets the tailgate where there is a small gap. It seems to handle temperatures above 100 to below 0 well with no signs of damage. The velcro has held up much better than excepted, too. All in all I love this product because of the versatility and value.

Your installation improvement for the Honda Ridgeline is spot-on. I had a 2006 Ridgeline and never bought a tonneau because I would have had to take the box apart and drill the sides for installation. When I got my new 2009 Ridgeline, I looked at ACI again and was very happy to find out that was no longer the case. I installed the Access cover myself in about an hour and a half and it looks great.

I just installed my Access roll-up cover on my new 2008 Ford Super Duty. My first comment to my wife was I can't remember the last time I installed or assembled something and it went just the way the instructions said it would. The online video was a great help. I had my laptop with me and between the video and the printed instructions, the installation went without a hitch. It took less than an hour from the time I snipped the straps on the box until I latched the tailgate. The product looks great on the truck.

I recently bought a 2008 Tacoma Access Cab with liner, bed caps and rail system. Everyone I talked to and all my research showed your Access Roll-Up Cover was the best choice. As you can see even after 8 or 9 years the Access cover on the blue pickup is still providing the service for which it was intended, protecting the survey equipment which I use everyday, the pickup has 250,000 miles and I couldn't guess how many times the bed cover has been rolled up. The one on the white pickup is 4 years old and as you can see, they also do a great job of protecting other valuable items whether for work or for play. I also like the fact that there is not a significant difference in the shape of the two tonneau covers even with the difference in age. The dirt and dust on the covers (which have just come in from a construction project) show what they have kept off of the equipment.
I am very satisfied with the years of service both of these Access covers have provided and would recommend them to anyone who wants the full use of their pickup box, and still wants to protect their luggage or equipment.

I purchased my Access cover about 2 years ago, it is by far the best cover I have seen. During the winter here in Michigan it holds the weight of the snow without giving way at all. The best part that I have found is that during the middle of winter when it is only 5 or 10 degrees, I can still roll up the cover to get access to the bed, then roll it back down and it seals flawlessly. If you are thinking about getting a tonneau cover, their warranty should be enough to convince you to go with the Access cover. It is absolutely the best I have seen. Thanks for a great product!

The Access cover is great, the locking system is very strong and since I installed the cover I have had several comments on how nice the truck looks. It was simple to install and it is water tight. I kept work bags in the bed and it is dry and safe. I have called customer service a few times and all the reps have been very polite and helpful.
